Huge and big units on an ordinary level and competent staff. A good choice of facilities such as : a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven.

Generally, the place was nice and had really helpful and affable staff in a disrespectful manner. Appreciated the reasonably large room. The location was excellent and lovely, very close to Priory Ruins. We were in a hurry and didn't visit the beach restaurant from the "standard issue Bulgarian" menu, but it seemed good.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the beach and offered easy access to other attractions. The swimming pool was well-maintained and the gardens were beautiful. The kids' animation activities were enjoyable and kept the little ones entertained.

The service could have been more attentive, as our balcony door was difficult to close and the resort map was confusing at first. The staff could have been more helpful.

Great beach and nice views, but otherwise this place wasn't worth the money spent. the staff were friendly, and the location was close to some good restaurants. We appreciated the complementary chocolates and champagne that were left in our room on Christmas Day.
